Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations Prior to Course
In case you’re unable to attend the course and want a refund prior to the course commencement date, we will refund the full amount to you.
Withdrawals During Workshop
If you don't see the tremendous value you expected in our product, and you wish to withdraw within the first four hours of the workshop, we will proceed with a 100% refund - no questions asked. However, once you have attended more than four hours of the workshop, you will not be eligible for any refund.
Transfers to Other Batches
You are free to request your assigned Workshop Manager for a change of batch at any point of time before the commencement of the workshop, at no extra charge. We will be happy to reschedule your batch to a later date that works for you.
Raise a request through your Customer Support Manager stating the specific reason for deferral.
The deferral request will be put up before the Deferral Committee for approval once the deferral fee, if applicable, is paid within 7 (seven) days of the deferral request (including holidays and weekends). Until this payment is completed, the learner will be assumed to be continuing in the same cohort.
Please note: (a) the entire learning progress will be reset when a learner defers to a future batch. The learner will be starting their course afresh in case of a deferral, (b) the course content, pattern, days, and timings of the changed/deferred cohort may be different from the current cohort.
Online Self-Paced Courses
Exam pass guarantee
Attend at least 90% of the live training sessions scheduled
Complete 100% of the assigned self-paced course modules including the short quizzes
Score at least 85% on all the weekly assessments
Score a minimum of 75% on all mock tests
